Regeneration of Training Certificate

As indicated in the course unit, don’t use mobile phone for the 1st time to open the training certificate.

If an incomplete training certificate is generated due to low resolution of mobile phone, you can regenerate it with steps as below.

1. With a computer, visit https://dqs-a.com.

2. Login with your username and password.

3. At Menu section, click "Customers / My Profile".

4. At the webpage address column, add below code to the end of the existing url address, 
        ?regenerate_certificate
   and then click “Enter” on keyboard.
   

5. Click on the icon of the training certificate with incomplete image.

6. After a couple of seconds, a new certificate will be generated.
