Summary
This is a self-study training course enables the participants to learn by self-reading of training materials without voice to understand the requirements of IATF 16949:2016, the important changes to Rules 5Ed relevant to clients. Meanwhile, the participants will learn knowledge for planning, implementing, and reporting internal audits.
Notes:
• The contents for ISO 9001:2015 are NOT included in this course.
• The last update to the training materials was on Oct 23, 2017, so the later revisions to the standard or rules by IATF are NOT addressed.

Course Duration
• Designated to complete 15 hours’ self-study and 75 minutes’ exam within 45 days from start of course.
• You may need less time in self-study if you already have understanding about ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 16949:2009, or IATF 16949:2016.
Prerequisites
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
• Basic experience in automotive QMS and audits.

• This training is based on both theory and practice.
• Practical exercises
Examination
• Open book exam with multiple choices questions in English or Chinese.
• Complete within 75 minutes
• Passing score: 60%
• By sampling, DQS Academy may ask for interview via Skype or social media on the exam questions.
Examination Retake
Up to 5 free retakes are offered within the course period as stated above.

• Available with minimized surcharge here, within 14 days after the finish of this course, if necessary.
Certificate
• An online Course Completion Certificate will be issued by DQS Academy after self-study and passing the designated exam.
